February 2023/2022. The Residential closed sales
of single-family detached homes totaled 182 units
for February 2023. This compares to a total of 214
units in February 2022. The median price of single-
family detached homes sold by members of the
REALTORS® Association of Indian River County
MLS for February 2023 was $361,135. This
compares to a median price of $360,000 for
February 2022. Current active inventory of
residential single-family detached homes total 819
for February 2023. This compares to the active
inventory of 345 for February 2022.
The Residential closed sales of condominium
homes totaled 75 units for February 2023. This
compares to a total of 77 units in February 2022.
The median price of condominium homes sold by
members of the REALTORS® Association of Indian
River County MLS for February 2023 was
$310,000. This compares to a median price of
$227,900 for February 2022. Current active
inventory of condominium homes total 373 for
February 2023. This compares to the active
inventory of 94 for February 2022.
