The Residential closed sales of single-family detached homes totaled 266 units for October 2019. This compares to a total of 247 units in October 2018. The median price of single-family detached homes sold by members of the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County MLS for October 2019 was $246,687. This compares to a median price of $235,150 for October 2018. Current active inventory of residential single-family detached homes total 1,376 for October 2019.  This compares to the active inventory of 1,490 for October 2018.Â
The Residential closed sales of condominium homes totaled 57 units for October 2019. This compares to a total of 64 units in October 2018. The median price of condominium homes sold by members of the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County MLS for October 2019 was $140,000. This compares to a median price of $158,000 for October 2018. Current active inventory of condominium homes total 456 for October 2019. This compares to the active inventory of 418 for October 2018.Â
